Get Your Fat-Free Snacks Ready

An "Ex-gay" TV show is debuting on September 18th on two christian networks (Christian Television Network & Sky Angel Satellite Network) and is being hosted by a former prostitute and self-confessed thief. The Advocate reports:
The show, produced by Mastering Life Ministries, will be hosted by former prostitute David Kyle Foster and Alan Chambers, a onetime criminal and current president of the "ex-gay" group Exodus International, according to a press release issued by Wayne Besen, executive director of Truth Wins Out, a nonprofit that counters so-called conversion therapy. Joining Foster and Chambers as part of the show will be singer Sy Rogers and "ex-lesbian" activist Christine Sneeringer.
I'm hoping we'll be able to catch this show. It's got to be more entertaining than Massresistance's radio show. Read Truth Wins Out's press release.

I just want to point out something in the MassResistance election analysis. They list Senator Havern's senate district as a House district.
If they can't even get this right, how do they expect to win!

And for those of you who've forgotten what we're up against, I'd like to remind people of Jerry Falwell's words after 9/11:

"I really believe that the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People For the American Way, all of them who have tried to secularize America. I point the finger in their face and say 'you helped this happen.'"

After public outcry, Falwell apologized. Brian Camenker, Amy Contrada, and John Haskins will never own up to the depth and vileness of their hatred. Nerver forget that Brian believes ALL of the state's problems can be linked to gay marriage.

MassNews and the frat boys over at HubPolitics are both whining about the Gubernatorial debate hosted by the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association.

The HubPolitics coverage is particulary juvenile:

http://www.hubpolitics.com/archives/000934.php

During the gay debate, both candidates revealed just how out of the mainstream they are, expressing their desires for Massachusetts to become the Gay Las Vegas by allowing our state to issue marriage licenses to gay couples from out-of-state.

(Note the comment from John Haskins wannabee "Peter Porcupine")

Oddly, that's the only blog coverage I've seen.

Did anyone attend and have comments?

This is why it's so important to come out and be open. These people claim to be experts on our community because they were once in it. We need to show the viewers the real experts!

Actually, they claim to be experts on gay life because they read Bay Windows.

Brian Camenker claims to have known gay men twenty years ago, but can't remember their names...

Amy Contrada is just a garden variety suburban bigot with too much time on her hands. According to a former neighbor, she's always felt she was closer to God than any one in her parish, including the priests.
