It's a Go!

The California Supreme Court rejected the efforts by several anti-gay organizations to delay the court's marriage equality ruling:
Conservative religious and legal groups had asked the California Supreme Court to stop its May 15 order requiring state and local officials to sanction same-sex unions from becoming effective until voters have the chance to consider the issue in November. The justices' decisions typically become final after 30 days.

Just like Massachusetts, the anti-gay activists argued that "chaos would ensue" if people were allowed to marry before the people got to vote on it. I wonder, if like Massachusetts, they will bring this up in Federal court? I never get why the fundies always complain about the courts yet keep bringing lawsuits and, when they don't get their way, shout "activist judges!"

Did any of them complain when the U.S. Supreme Court gave the presidency to George W. Bush by just 1 vote? No. How many of these "Christians" are complaining about the courts in Texas that just released the children of polygamists back to their parents? I didn't think so.
