DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Supreme Court issued a unanimous ruling Friday finding that the state's same-sex marriage ban violates the constitutional rights of gay and lesbian couples, making Iowa the third state where marriage will be legal.
Of course, this would be the 4th state however, California is still up in the air. This is also big news because this is the Midwest. Congratulations Iowa!
Oh, and it was UNANIMOUS!

You win again, Brian! NOT!!!
Marriage equality already existed. What you're celebrating is the fundamental changing of the definition.
